Case Study

SPRIM is conducting a comparative study of infant formulas across Mexico to understand stool consistency, gut comfort and absorption of protein, The study includes 400 infants, stratified into 4 arms.

Hybrid study

SPRIM designed a hybrid study, where recruitment, ICF and screening are conducted during face-to-face site visits. The remainder of the study, including data collection and daily questionnaires are completed by the patient at home using an app.

Results

The study is ongoing. We have recruited 50% of the patient population in 6 months.
